Attendance
Cllr. Osborne chaired the monthly meeting of the Parish Council with Cllrs. P Chapman, C Smith, D. Adey, I Franklyn, A Vogel and ten members of the public attending.

Apologies received from Cllr. C Pallett and County Cllr. Nicky Chopak.

There were no declarations of Interest/Dispensations in respect of this Agenda.

Minutes
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and signed as correct.

Balance at Bank
It was reported that the balance at the Bank is £10,753.10 in the Current A/C and £5,318.09 in the Primrose A/C.

High Street Heroes Fund
The Clerk had applied to this Fund for £1,000 for a new World War 2 Bench. They agreed to pay this and Emailed to say the money would be transferred to the Bank. The Clerk then ordered the Bench.

Defibrillator
Clerk had completed the necessary form to adopt the Phone box where it is hoped to install a Defibrillator. Someone from AED Locator will attend the December meeting to discuss this.

Planning Application PA19/08073
Land South of The Old Wainhouse Inn, Eden Rd, Wainhouse Corner, Bude - Outline Application for the erection of 14 light industrial units together with 3 live/work units. The meeting was thrown open to discuss this application with members of the public. Ms Gill Court gave a presentation on behalf of the Applicant and the public and Councillors asked many questions. The meeting was closed at this point. Councillors are very concerned about the extra traffic involved and felt they could not comment on this proposal until the reports from Highways and SWW are received. Proposed Cllr. P Chapman Seconded Cllr. C Smith. Unanimously agreed.

Planning Application PA19/07412
Penhallym, Week St. Mary - The change in use of an agricultural paddock to a mixed use for agriculture and the stationing of three shepherd huts for additional holiday accommodation to support the existing holiday letting business. Councillors agreed not to comment on this application.

Uppercourt, Broad Langdon, Jacobstow
Conversion of existing garage to provide ancillary living/holiday accommodation. Councillors support this Application -
Community Road Safety Forum
This will be held on 3rd December at Launceston Town Hall from 1.30pm

Councillors feel we need to support all 12 points.

Rural Library Service Review
This was discussed and decided the Clerk should contact the Old Wainhouse to see how much the Library is used.

Non-material amendment in respect of Application PA/1906377 (Two storey extension) Reducing the size of the extension slightly to allow for a window. Councillors support this Application. -
Footpaths
Email received regarding the footpath work. Council has to pay the account and reclaim from Cornwall Council. Clerk to contact Debbie Essary to see if we can pay in installments.
