Attendance
Cllr. Osborne chaired the monthly meeting, those present were Cllrs.C Smith, D Adey, P Chapman, A Vogel & C Pallett and two members of the Public.
- Apologies received from Cllr. I Franklyn and County Cllr. Nicky Chopak.

Declaration of Interest
Cllr. A Vogel declared an interest in Item 9 and Cllr. Osborne declared an interest in Item 11 on the Agenda. Both Councillors left the room at the appropriate time.

Minutes
The minutes of the last meeting were read and signed with an amendment to the amount in the Current A/C This should have read £11,277.26

Balance at Bank
The Balance at the Bank is £11,655.08 in the Current A/C and £5,450.12p in the Primrose A/C.

Privacy Notice
The Clerk had drafted a Privacy Policy for the Website and this was agreed and adopted by the Councillors.

Road Closure
Information received advising that the road from Edgar Road to Eden Road will be closed from 14th – 16th November, 2018 (24 hours)

Planning Application - PA18/08933
The Rectory, Jacobstow. – Extension to dwelling and carport with Office space over (amended) The amendment is to extend the existing roof overhang. Councillors support this application.

Planning Application PA18/08399
Witheven Farm Cottage, Jacobstow. Change of use of existing detached double garage to form two bedroom residential annexe. Proposal to include gabled end roof. Councillors support this Application but would like a clause saying it cannot be sold separate to the main dwelling.

Land at Wainhouse Corner. Demolition of existing building and erection of a dwelling. Councillors support this.

Planning Applications PA18/08749 & PA18/08769
Cottage Farm, Jacobstow. – PA18/08749 Prior Approval Change of use to four dwellings PA18/08769 Prior Approval change of use to a dwelling. Email saying we are very concerned about this total planning application. We would like it to go to full planning and preferably have a site meeting with Jacobstow Councillors as well as Cornwall Councillors.

Councillor Matters
Cllr. Adey reported that the Salt Bins at the School and Hele Barton will be filled within the next few weeks. Also enquire about Installing a Salt Bin at Ferretts Cross.
