Attendance
Cllr. Osborne chaired the monthly meeting of the Parish Council with a full attendance of Councillors, County Cllr. Nicky Chopak and nine members of the Public.

Dr Julia Foster
Dr. Julia Foster from Holsworthy Rural Transport explained they are a small charity and she talked about their services. They have a Ring & Ride system whereby you can have a day out, shopping trip, event visit or exciting excursion. Also they have volunteer drivers for health care appointments etc. They are looking to expand into the Jacobstow area.

Declarations of Interest/Dispensations
Cllr. Franklyn declared an interest in Item 11 on the Agenda and left the room at the appropriate time.

Minutes
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and signed as correct.

Balance at Bank
The Balance at the Bank is £11,594.18 in the Current A/C and £6818.09 in the Primrose A/C

Royal Mail
A letter had been received from Royal Mail saying that the postbox is due to be relocated to the opposite side of the road as requested.

Public Spaces Protection Orders - Dogs on beaches restrictions
Councillors happy to keep the same restrictions as before.

Parish Bench
The Bench has been ordered and is due to be delivered. Councillors agreed that the Chairman and the Clerk could write a cheque when the Invoice is received. This will be about £1,128.60. Prop. Cllr. Smith Sec. Cllr. Chapman. Clerk to contact the Insurance Company to insure the Bench.

Reviewing Cornwall’s Homelessness Strategy
Cornwall’s current Homelessness Strategy needs reviewing in the light of recent legislative (Homeless Reduction Act 2017) and other changes such as the publication of the Government’s Rough Sleeping Strategy and Delivery Plan. Consultation and engagement on the review will run for 12 weeks ending 7th August, 2019

The Standing Orders & Annexe Financial Regulations were Adopted and signed by the Chairman, Vice Chairman and The Clerk.

Grant Applications
Grant Applications received from Friends of Jacobstow School and Jacobstow Amblers and History Group. Councillors agreed £500 to each organization from the Primrose Account.

Possible Development at Wainhouse Corner
Gill Court asking to come to the next meeting Clerk to contact her and ask her to come again when Plans for the development have been received.
