Cllr. J Shepherd declared an interest in Item 11 on the Agenda and left the room at the appropriate time.

Minutes
The minutes of the previous meeting had been Emailed to Councillors and were agreed and signed as necessary.

The balance at the bank is £11,816.51 in the Current A/C and £2802.97 in the Solar A/C.

Discussion held on whether the bins needed filling or not.

Planning Application PA22/08966
Conversion and extension of redundant barn to dwelling and erection of new garage/plant-room (following extant Class Q development PA21/08046) – The Tractor Shed, Jacobstow Councillors wish to make no comment. (Clerk to ask Cornwall Council to advise how much extension can be added following extant Class Q approval)

Planning Application PA22/09381
Prior Approval for proposed conversion of redundant barn to 4 dwellings, Highway Farm, Jacobstow. Councillors discussed this and would like to see full planning as its four houses in the Countryside so that Councillors and Parishioners can see what they plan to do.

Jacobstow School Bus Places
Email received from Mrs Ella Edkins regarding bus places to Jacobstow School. Councillors discussed this and agreed we should reply saying they sympathize entirely but as she lives in St. Gennys parish she should contact them.
