The minutes had been Emailed to Councillors and were agreed and signed.

Balance at Bank
The balance at the Bank was £11,836.36 in Current A/C and £1651.81 in the Primrose A/C.

Community Links Officer
Request for signage postponed until next year.

Road Closure
It as advised that the road from Ferretts Cross to Beckaveans will be closed for a short period.

Child Poverty
The question of meals for children entitled to free school meals during the school holiday was discussed. It was agreed that this is not a matter for the Parish Council.

Trees
To celebrate the Jubilee each Parish is being offered one free tree it was decided not to accept this offer.

Cornwall Council
Meet the Leader – Cllr. Linda Taylor will be at the Ivor Potter Hall on Wednesday 22nd June, 2022 to discuss any problems.

Cornwall Council
Cornwall Council approved Planning Application for PA22/03026 – Highway Farm, Jacobstow and refused Planning Application for PA22/03551 – New Building on land East of Little Beckaveans.

Councillor Matters
- The hedge needs re-instating on the land East of Little Beckaveans – Cllr.Chopak to look into this.
- A road sign was in the hedge around the Certificate Hill area - Cllr. Chopak will report this.
- Road markings at Wainhouse Corner – Cllr. Chopak to deal with this.
- Hut in field on the Jacobstow road – Enforcement Officer has been twice.
- Oakdene, Wainhouse Corner – Large building going up in back garden.
- Clerk to write a letter of thanks to Mr. & Mrs. Wilton for the use of their field for the Jubilee Bonfire and a letter to Mrs. Josie Shepherd for all her hard work organizing the Dog Show.
There being no further business the meeting was closed at 8.40pm.
