Minutes of Meeting held on 2nd March, 2021
- Cllr. Osborne chaired the monthly meeting of the Parish Council which was held via Zoom. Those present were Cllrs. P Chapman, C Smith, D. Adey, S. Smith C. Pallett, I Franklyn and County Cllr. Nicky Chopak. This followed the Annual Parish Meeting.

Declaration of Interest/Dispensations
Cllr.Chapman declared an Interest in Item 8 on the Agenda and left the room at the appropriate time.

Minutes
The minutes, which had been Emailed to Councillors were agreed and signed as necessary.

Balance at Bank
It was reported that the Balance at the Bank is £9290.31 in the Current a/c and £4,393.99 in the Primrose a/c.

Bus Shelter at Wainhouse Corner
An estimate was received from Michael Vanstone to do the ground work this amounts to £2,250.00 plus VAT. St Gennys Parish Council are ordering the Bus Shelter. Councillors agreed that if St. Gennys require a deposit payment before the next meeting the Chairman and Clerk could write a cheque.

New dwelling to replace agricultural building – Land East of Edmore Park Caravan Site, Edgar Rd, Wainhouse Corner - Cllr. Chapman proposed we support this Application Seconded Cllr. Smith. Unanimous decision to support this Application but could you put a 106 or similar as a condition.

Planning Application PA20/11352
Conversion of disused domestic garage to dependent relatives annexe – Penhallym, Week St.Mary, Holsworthy – Councillors have concerns regarding this Application. They would like a stipulation that the Annexe can only be used for a dependent relative and not as another holiday let. Also that it cannot be sold separately to the main property.

Planning Application PA21/00891
Certificate of Lawfulness for existing use for the conversion and use (3) of a self-contained residential annexe - Sams Meadow, Jacobstow, Bude - Councillors asking if the Applicant could send a better application before they can decide.

Pathway between Cory Close and Tregenna Close
Email was received from Mrs Rita Braund complaining that after Western Power had dug up the tarmac to lay an underground cable on this pathway they left it uneven so when it rains it leaves puddles which ice over when frosty. Cllr. Chopak looking into getting a small Salt Bin as its unlikely we could get Western Power to come back to sort this problem. Also the Cory Close sign is missing. Clerk to find out where this is and get it replaced.

Councillor Matters
- Cllr. Chopak reported that Chris Monk is looking into the possibility of some excavation work on the exit of the Highway Hill footpath.
- It was noted that the next Network meeting will be on the 7th June, 2021.
- The Pothole at Medlands was reported and this road is due to have a surface dressing.
