Minutes
The minutes of the previous meeting were Emailed to Councillors and were agreed and signed.

Balance at Bank
It was reported that the balance at the bank was £11,946.51 in the Current A/C and £2802.97 in the Solar A/C. Clerk to contact the Bank to find out if there is an account that would pay interest.

Cornwall Council had approved Planning Applications
- PA22/10206 – Retrospective Wild Life Pond, Lower Westcott, Jacobstow

Footpaths
Replacement Steps leading to Holy Well. Clerk to ask Mrs Carter where the steps are on Footpath No 6.

Hedgehog Highway Project
Correspondence regarding hedgehog fencing received and noted.

It was discussed and agreed to give donations to the following charities :-

Correspondence received regarding CareNow volunteers.
Details of this to be put in the next Journal. -
Cyber Protect
Mike Harrison would like to come to a meeting and give a talk
Discuss this next month as the talk will last for 40 mins. -
Letter
A letter was received from a resident, Sukey Cowley, saying she is extremely concerned about the speed cars travel through the village. She is asking that the road from Edgar Road be made 30mph. The Chairperson Cllr C Smith to contact her on this matter.

Clerks salary
This was discussed and it was agreed to pay the Clerk £550.00 per quarter and to discuss again.

Tamar Toll Action Group -
Correspondence received from the Tamar Toll Action Group. They wish to abolish all tolls on the Tamar Bridge. Clerk to Email them saying we support their campaign.

Councillor matters
- Clerk to contact Oliver Jones regarding the bad pot holes from Edgar Road, Wainhouse Corner down to the School.
